The fateful day is almost upon us when we give ourselves over to an evening
of Independence. Independent filmmaking that is. An evening of the most
controversial, frightening, hilarious and unique films you will ever get the
chance to see.
Renegade Films is set to embark on its fourth venture into the void of
Independent film and bring to the public and evening of unbridled
entertainment, where the normal Film Festival rules do not apply. Prepare
yourselves for a day of films you will not see anywhere else. Network with
handsome actors, beautiful actresses and a multitude of industry
professionals that will prove to be a networking opportunity you can not
afford to miss.
You will bear witness to Features and Shorts from all over the world.
Everything from the hilarious 'Animal Grappler' to the dark and disturbing
'Ghouls'. Films never before shown in the US like the UK import 'Ant Muzak'
and homegrown features you may soon see grace the local video shelves such
as 'Robbery 101'.
Every filmmaker deserves his or her own 15 minutes and by God we intend to
give it to them! The Filmmakers themselves will introduce their pieces and
be available to discuss them as well as upcoming projects yet to be.
Fangoria's own and Florida resident 'Uncle Creepy' will host this evening of
ultimate film pleasure and tribute to the true Independent film spirit. Bay
News 9 will be running a special sneak peak on the Fest on Friday to give
you a small taste of what to expect. Also be sure to view the Tampa Tribune
to read about what we have in store for you from one of our very loyal
supporters Bob Ross. And make sure you tune into 98 Rock as they help make
sure everyone knows that Saturday December 6th, there is only one place to
be. The State Theater in St. Pete for 'Saints & Sinners 4'.
