Disrespectful Outcry...Missing the Point
This week:
"Disrespectful Outcry", Missing the Point, Out with the Jones, Wilson out of line, Kucinich tells the truth, You DID Lie Mr. President and ACORN connected to fraud and child prostitution

"Disrespectful Outcry"

My closest friend posted on Facebook his disapproval of the backlash against the President speaking to the public school kids. He described it as "Disrespectful Outcry" and demanded our respect for the President and his office. The speech is described by many as benign and the hoopla was over nothing.

But...

Missing the Point

President Obama spoke to public school kids and the media (and many supporters evidently) still miss the point to the controversy. While the President has no constitutional reason to venture into this forum of education so directly, the real issue instigating outrage was the directives from the Department of Education. "Writing letters of support" or "evaluating his key words" stunk of communism and many feared the motivations behind these statements from the DOE.

Spineless school boards left teachers to decide for themselves the level of the President's presentation on their classrooms.

To the President's credit, his speech eventually became public for review and the DOE withdrew it's initial suggestions changing it to:

"Write letters to themselves about how they can achieve their short-term and long-term education goals. These would be collected and redistributed at an appropriate later date by the teacher to make students accountable to their goals."

Accountability? To whom?

Again, the speech isn't as much of the issue as the directive. We don't "go after" the children, that's what tyrant authoritative regimes practice. Even in it's watered down version Obama can have some Orwellian moments:

(from the speech)
"Your families, your teachers and I are doing everything we can to make sure you have the education you need to answer these questions." (i.e. questions about what the children will do with their future.)

So, those who don't support Obama, the teachers unions or public education in general don't support the children, right?

One of the defenses is that this is all fabricated and stirred up by the right wing. There was even mentioned on that same Facebook post that Bush Sr. addressed school children. They excluded the incredble "outcry" from the Democratic Congress and investigation that followed.

Partisan politics as usual.

Bye,Bye Van Jones
No Jones about it

The resignation of Green Czar Van Jones was part of the backdrop over the weekend and will likely be relegated to a page 20 story in most newspapers. Most in the media didn’t, and still don’t, get why many citizens are outraged over Jones and the administration.

None of his radical affiliations, communist pride or Republicans are A-holes comments seem newsworthy. The Czar, who riled up friends at "Color of Change" to crusade against Glenn Beck, was also revealed to be a "truther", a conspiratorial group which believes the Bush administration is behind 9/11.

There was new video I was going to point out in which Van Jones calls President Bush is a crackhead and this one video in which Jones claims "only white suburban kids shoot up schools." The White House Senior Advisor, Valerie Jarrett, certainly knew ALL about Czar Jones (as we can see in this video) as she praises ALL of his ideas.

Jones explains the civil rights minimum and maximum goals: reparations for slavery, legalizing "mixed" marriages, and redistribution of wealth and relating it to the green revolution, which will start off as a small subset that can be pushed and pushed until it becomes the engine for transforming the whole society.

Redistibution of wealth -- where have we heard that before?

The Green movement is part of the plan to transform the entire society -- his words.

I don't think it's disrespectful to ask honest questions of the President, his administration and his supporters. When will they answer the claims and STOP attacking the inquisitor?

In fact, one journalist, David Sirota, described Glenn Beck as the "political terrorist" in a round table discussion supporting Van Jones. Ironically, Beck was right about Jones.

Similar to Rev.Wright, Bill Ayers, Frank Marshall Davis, ACORN, bowing to the Saudi King, the Democratic Socialist of America, the SEIU -- we're led to believe Van Jones does not reflect the President, his beliefs, his lack of judgment, his visions for our country.

This was a midnight resignation over a Holiday weekend allowing the White House to dodge real scrutiny or tough questions. The major networks aren’t digging in their heals to ask why a devout communist EVER had the ear of the President?

A real journalist, not Glenn Beck, would be asking the White House difficult questions about the vetting process of Van Jones and the other czars.

Oh wait, but there's more

MSNBC is protecting a video of Van Jones describing the human shields protecting Saddam Hussein as "Heroes", "They're not criminals, they’re heroes."

Princeton professor Melissa Harris-Lacewell wrote another supporting article defending Van Jones and stating that this is a setwork for "environment justice." Her opinion piece agrees with Jones as it asserts "damaging health effects of urban pollution on black and brown citizens" -- I didn't think the white population was immune from pollution.

She continues: "Distinct from the earlier conservation movement, EJ linked environmental injustice to racial injustice. It opened a new era of civil rights activism in many localities..."

And as I stated above the White House knew what they were getting in Jones as Jarrett praised his career and idealology.

So, who's Valerie Jarrett? Her father-in-law was friends with Frank Marshall Davis (remember "Frank" from the Obama autobiographies) and this post dives into the Chicago politics in an effort to connect the dots.

Davis, Ayers, Obama were part of this Chicago political machine and these relationships were NOT random or insignificant. In fact they overlap over many years with mutual assistance.

The 1998 formation of the Black Radical Congress unified these revolutionaries to promote "progressive social justice, racial equality and economic justice" and included Van Jones and Reverend Wright.

From 1998, this announcement from the University of Illinois at Chicago:

"It seemed to us the idea of bringing together the varied sections of the Black radical tradition - Socialists and Communists, revolutionary nationalists, and radical Black feminists and womanists - was long overdue."

The same UI at Chicago where Bill Ayers taught and co-founded the Annenberg foundation? Coincidence I'm sure.

Obama continues to skirt real criticisms for his long history of relationships with radicals, America haters and communists.

"Disrespectful Outcry" -- REDUX

Rep. Wilson screaming out "You are a liar" -- yep, disrespectful outcry.

Atleast Wilson tried to apologize, but not the time, place or means for such a comment. Yes, the President is lying about healthcare, turning this into a bumper sticker campaign, but Wilson was totally inappropriate and out of line.

During the speech Obama stated:

"If you misrepresent what's in the plan, we will call you out. And I will not accept the status quo as a solution. Not this time. Not now."

Well, Mr. President, I'd like to call you out for misrepresenting this plan.

First, on the illegal immigrant count, the uninsured illegals represent a large portion of the tally - 17 million or so. The plan would incorportate them in the same manner as the US citizens.

Some of us are sick of the campaign slogans for healthcare such as "Doing nothing is not an option". We're sick of you blaming lobbyists, big insurance companies etc...when this bill isn't intended to fix any of this.

That is a lie.

Mr. President, I'm calling you out.

The Truth

Thanks need to go to Dennis Kucinich wrote an op-ed piece exposing the real agenda of government take over of healthcare and put insurance out of business.

The first line states: "There is only one true health care public option: Single payer."

Of course, Kucinich misuses the preamble to depict insurance to a civil right. This is the liberal empathy plan, one government socialized medicine is the end game.

CAP premiums, deductibles, etc... -- it's in there. Mandatory protection for pre-existing conditions - it's in there. Regulation after regulation to limit insurance companies -- it's in there. A trillion dollar price tag - yep, it's in there.

THE LIE

See Mr. President, I can empathize with Rep. Wilson because you are an eloquent speaker playing games with the American people. Of course the healthcare bill doesn't say illegal aliens are covered, but it doesn't prevent them either. Moreover, the illegals are uninsured.

No the bill doesn't say there will be rationing or death panels, just committees set up to oversee the care and add regulations.

No the bill doesn't say private insurance will go away or we'll be forced onto your government plan, but it caps profits, add more and more regulations that will put those companies out of business.

You called the Republican liars before Rep. Wilson said "You Lie!" He shouldn't have said in that forum.

Mr. President, I'm going to do my part to tell people: don't runaway from this, embrace it. Make your signs "YOU DID LIE" and march on Washington this weekend.

Lew Rockwell

Thanks to Robert Herriman who turned me onto Lew Rockwell's website. This isn't Glenn Beck, a crazy conservative -- this is libertarian explaining the Chinese financial obligation and the fall of the dollar. Full story is here.

Mr. Rockwell's piece here really attacks the "recovery claims."

ACORN outted...child prostitution
Our society has lost its values and morals.

FOX reported this breaking story about Baltimore ACORN on BigGovernment.com (full story) as they help a man posing as a pimp (and his prostitute) exploit and defraud the system. They were advised to manipulate their tax return, house illegal aliens and even claim illegal children as dependents.

The video finally captures the situation as James O'Keefe, the "pimp", describes:

"Without hesitation, they helped me every way they could with evading taxes and setting me up with a brothel, with getting around federal tax laws — doing everything they could to help us. I was completely shocked."

On http://www.biggovernment.com/ you can read extensive transcripts, unfiltered video that all reveal ACORN's involvement in fraud and child prostitution.

Quote of the Week
The inherent vice of capitalism is the uneven division of blessings, while the inherent virtue of socialism is the equal division of misery. -- Sir Winston Churchill
