First, Mars needed women, then Mars needed Moms, now the U.S. needs computer chips from the apocalyptic disaster in Japan.

Amidst the total devastation of whole towns washed away by the angry forces of Poseidon, America is worried that they will not get their gadgets. What a tragedy that your favorite mobile computing device or IPhone will be out of stock. The real tragedy is that anyone is focusing on that rather than focusing on the real Human tragedy playing out in Japan. But the media has lost interest in that and now is focusing on the fear that as Americans we will not be able to get our smart phones and tablets. How will we survive without that? Just ask the tens of thousands of Japanese people who no longer have homes, who cannot even find their lost family members. Those who cannot even find their homes in the intense rubble left behind from nature's torrent.

Of course the fear mongering is not exclusive to our need for our mobile computing devices. Americans are already trying to buy Iodine, to protect themselves from the huge radioactive cloud that is not headed towards America. But the real radioactive leak is still to be determined, and it is looking like it is worse than ever believed.

The long reaching tentacles of Japanese worldwide technology is even being felt by American automobile companies, who surprising rely on Japanese parts and components.

So while American consumers will be inconvenienced by a possible shortage of their must need IPhones, smart phones, HD TV's and pickup trucks, thousands of Japanese human beings are salvaging through rubble to uncover some photo or personal memorabilia or worse searching through total devastation to find their loved ones.
