Reality Programming has got to be the worst thing to hit TV since Soaps. "The Bachelor", "Survivor", "Mr. Personality", and "Joe Millionaire" seem to be what America likes to watch these days and then we wonder why we are one of the most hated countries in the world. *Sigh* That's enough about those shows, I just felt like it had to be said again.
On to a more interesting subject: The Matrix.
On Wednesday May 14, I hustled into line at the AMC 20 in Oldsmar and was accompanied by a strange group of people. Many of the people were dressed in Matrix outfits and kept quoting scenes form the movie. A couple people sat and watched the first movie on a personal DVD player. Wow, not really my crowd but it was funny to look at these people getting so into something that to me is just a MOVIE!
Hmmm, how did I feel about the movie...I liked it. I thought it was interesting. Some parts made me almost fall asleep (don't ask me which ones, I was sleeping!) and other scenes I really got into. The orgy scene seemed like it didn't really fit into the movie but it kept me awake! Keanu Reeves was incredibly unnecessary!!! My favorite parts of the movie were the chase sequences and the end. Ugh, I am sick of talking about this movie. I have now seen it twice and that should be enough.
I give it a C+.
The other movie I saw recently was Daddy Day Care. What a cute movie that was. I recommend every one to go and see it. Eddie Murphy is hilarious which is reason enough for seeing the film. B+
I seem to be rambling on a lot. This week's edition of my column really blows, I know. Please don't comment on it later. I have been super busy lately and have had no time to think up anything descent. I won't let you down next time.
Till then,
